What is the minimum order quantity?

We recommend starting at a quantity of 6 to avoid any low quantity price increases. The best price starts at 12 and gets better the higher you go.

Can you match my brand colors exactly?

We use premium embroidery thread with a wide color range. While thread is not Pantone ink, there are typically recommended 1 for 1 matches. If there is no exact match our team will work to get as close as possible using professional thread charts.

How big can my logo be?

Standard front embroidery is typically around 2″–2.5″ high, depending on the hat style. We’ll scale your design for the cleanest, most professional result.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval as well as an initial sew out of your new logo before we begin stitching. Nothing goes into production without your sign-off.

How does pricing work?

Embroidery pricing is determined by stitch count, quantity of items, and number of locations. 

Does it cost more to do multiple colors?

No, it does not cost more for multiple colors. The number of colors can factor into to the final stitch count but there is no added charge for a full color design.   

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine how to sew it. This ensures proper stitch direction, density, and clean edges. Every logo must be digitized before embroidery. During digitizing, we carefully optimize your design for clean stitching, proper density, and long-term durability. We eliminate excess stitches where possible to maintain efficiency — while never compromising the quality or integrity of your brand.
